Any process can be used to make a recognition pin but we recommend cloisonne or sandblast for the highest quality. Available options to enhance the distinction between years of service are: Screened Years, Rhinestones, Gold/Silver/Copper Plating, hanging year or bar tabs. Changing the enamel colors between years is a great way to distinguish them from each other - and is free!
